Screen printing is the process of transferring a design from a digital version onto a garment.  First, we create the digital file, then we transfer the design onto a film.  From here we burn a stencil of the design onto the screen. We use a frame encased with a mesh, made from silk, that has high density threads, anywhere from 160 to 320 dots per square inch.  Using a squeegee, ink is pushed through the screen transferring the once digital design onto the garment.  The garment is then placed inside a dryer.  Screen printing is a highly custom job, using this screen printing technique along with the right inks, plastisol and water-based, the designs will stand out compared to any other technique used for customization.
